Pierpaolo Vannucci
I have been a certified public accountant since 1984. I founded the firm mgi Vannucci&Associati Dottori Commercialisti and, since 2021, the firm Pierpaolo Vannucci Advisors STP a r.l., an entity primarily focused on assisting startups and innovative SMEs, with particular attention to securing the financial resources necessary for the development of their projects.
Throughout my career, I have supported numerous companies in transforming and enhancing their business models. Starting with tax and corporate consulting, I have progressively expanded my expertise in the areas of business networks, internationalization, and finally, innovative companies, enabling my clients to leverage the countless opportunities offered by our legal system and markets to achieve significant increases in revenue and create successful strategic partnerships.
Giulio Vannucci
Giulio Vannucci has been a lawyer since 2018. Until December 2021 he studied international commercial law with the Ferretti Law Firm, with offices in Montecatini Terme and Milan, providing advice and assistance to Italian companies that trade abroad, with particular regard to the United States.
Prior to this, he developed experience in administrative law collaborating with the lawyer Bertolucci in Viareggio. Since 2021 he has been collaborating permanently with Pierpaolo Vannucci Advisors, mainly dealing with visas for foreign citizens and subsidized financing in collaboration with a certified startup incubator.
Gino Fontana
He held the role of expert member of the Commission of qualification exams for the profession of Chartered Accountant, Accounting Expert and Statutory Auditor.
In the course of his professional activity he has gained significant experience in the fields of management control, planning and business planning.
He carries out statutory auditing and legality control activities in the context of his duties as Ordinary member of Boards of Statutory Auditors.
Antonio Polito
Antonio Polito graduated in Banking, Corporate Finance and Financial Markets. During his studies, he studied the issues related to banking legislation, corporate finance and company valuation.
Since September 2021 he has been collaborating with the MGI Vannucci & Associati studio in Lucca and with Pierpaolo Vannucci Advisors, where he mainly deals with consultancy for innovative Startups and SMEs
Stefano Biancalana
In October 2025, he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Strategy, Management, and Control at the University of Pisa.
His academic career focused on business development, with a specific emphasis on growth strategies, valuation processes, and corporate governance.
Since April 2025, he has been collaborating with the Pierpaolo Vannucci Advisors team, assisting in analysis and strategic support for businesses, particularly startups and innovative SMEs. He primarily focuses on subsidized finance, business plan development, and financial planning for client companies.
In the course of his professional activity he has gained significant experience in the fields of management control, planning and business planning.
He carries out statutory auditing and legality control activities in the context of his duties as Ordinary member of Boards of Statutory Auditors.

Maurizio Petrelli
Graduated in Political Science, with an Executive Master’s in Marketing Management for banking, financial, and insurance services.
She has gained significant experience in various Italian and international companies within the banking and business consulting sectors, with a particular focus on supporting and coordinating relationships between client companies and operational activities through investment funds, private equity firms, venture capital, and leading financial institutions. Her work has primarily supported the development of operations in the real estate, infrastructure, and energy utility sectors.
